Canapes from Bon Gout will make any party or corporate event special. 
Everything is freshly handmade using only the finest ingredients sourced locally or from our delicatessen.
Below are some suggested combinations, but please feel free to mix and match between menus.
Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements – we are more than happy to put together purely vegetarian or gluten free menus on request


MENU 1
10 canapés per person @ £11.00 + vat:
King Prawns with tarragon crème fraiche in tartlets
Smoked salmon and dill spirals on granary croutons
Asparagus tips wrapped in cream cheese and parma ham
Savoury rolled crepes with local rare roast beef, watercress and horseradish
Brochettes with free range chicken, apricots and courgettes
Quails egg and caviar tartlets
Spinach and ricotta tortellini with black olives, sundried tomatoes and fresh basil
Tartlets with caramelised balsamic red onions and blue cheese
Smoked mackerel pate on croutons
Mini cheese scones with gruyere and onion marmalade

MENU 2a
8 canapes per person @ £9.20 + vat:
Fresh figs and soft goats cheese wrapped in parma ham
Coconut and cardamom chicken skewers
King prawns marinated with fresh chillies, lime and coriander
Salmon and herb rillette rolled in smoked salmon
Roasted Butternut squash, red onion and feta cheese frittata
Gorgonzola, caramelised red pepper and rosemary tartlets
Asparagus, quails egg and hollandaise tartlets
Slow roasted tomato, black olive and parmesan puff pastry tarts

MENU 2b
8 canapés per person @ £9.20 + vat:
Roasted salmon and cherry tomato brochettes
Mange tout and king prawn skewers with a lime and coriander dip
Savoury rolled crepes with roast turkey and cranberry sauce
Duck and orange pate on granary croutons
Local cocktail sausages with a honey and sesame glaze
Parmesan and rosemary biscuits with sharpham rustic and apple chutney
Sundried tomato and red lentil pate in tartlets
Mini dill scones with smoked trout, crème fraiche and horseradish





MENU 3
6 canapés per person @ £7.20 + vat:
Tartlets with quails eggs, parma ham and hollandaise sauce
Cocktail salmon and dill fishcakes with herbed mayonnaise
Seared fillet of beef on French bread croutons with horseradish and watercress
Savoury rolled crepes with smoked ham, tarragon and mustard cream
Mozzarella, chargrilled Mediterranean vegetable and fresh basil brochettes
Black olive and thyme biscuits with feta cheese and sun blushed tomatoes

MENU 4
4 canapés per person @ £5.00 + vat:
Tartlets with crayfish tails on a spinach and nutmeg pate
Black olive tapenade, roasted and smoked cherry tomato and goats cheese galettes
Tandoori chicken skewers served with mini poppadoms and soured cream
Blinis with smoked salmon, crème fraiche and dill


NIBBLES
£3.50 + vat per person
Spanish tortilla with peppers, onions and potatoes
Selection of marinated and stuffed olives
Handfried Westcountry potato and root vegetable crisps
