we currently provide business catering to a wide variety of customers in and around the exeter area. we have built strong relationships with our existing customers because we have the flexibility to tailor our service to their catering needs and budget. we welcome enquiries from all types and sizes of business and can cater for any numbers from 2 to 300.

we cater for any event, from breakfast, lunch, tea or evening meetings, to champagne receptions.

we will deliver your order free of charge - we simply ask that you give us 48hrs notice - or if you are in a rush, please phone and we’ll do our very best for you.

  • selection of freshly made bon gout sandwiches on farmhouse white or seeded granary bread - please see ‘sandwich suggestions’ for example fillings.. selection of open topped bagels or mixed platter of sandwiches and open bagels.. platter of baguettes, ciabattas, bagels or wraps - or a mixed platter of each.

     

  • cheeseboard of local and / or continental cheeses served with biscuits and fresh fruit.

     

  • selection of mini savoury pastries, to include: freshly baked puff pastry sausage rolls, ham and cheese lattices, mozzarella and broccoli lattices, and spinach ricotta and parmesan plaits.

     

  • bombay mix: a selection of vegetable samosas, bhajis and pakoras with our home made tzatziki dip

     

  • bon gout pizza: our famous pizza with chargrilled mediterranean vegetables, basil pesto and an array of cheeses from our deli counter.

     

  • bon gout olives: fresh olives either plain or marinated with garlic coriander & parsley, rosemary & thyme or stuffed with almonds, garlic, anchovies, sundried tomatoes, feta or pimento peppers

     

  • quail’s egg scotch eggs (meat or vegetarian) served with a mustard/mayonnaise dip

     

  • handmade miniature traditional pasty

     

  • selection of cakes and slices: traditional black treacle flapjack, yoghurt topped flapjack with blackcurrant and apple, chocolate fudge and coconut flapjack, double chocolate brownies, millionaire’s shortbread, almond slices, chocolate date crispies, handmade florentines, mini muffins, mini doughnuts, chocolate fudge cake, lemon drizzle cake, rich fruit cake, etc, etc.!!!!!

     

  • fresh fruit bowl with seasonal and exotic fruits.

     

  • dips and crudités: selection of crudités to include cherry tomatoes, baby corn, cucumber, celery, carrots and peppers, cheese straws, breadsticks and flatbreads, all served with our home-made hummus dip.

     

  • home-made, freshly baked quiche: example fillings include spinach & bacon, ham & mushroom, quiche lorraine, asparagus & gruyere, tomato & fresh basil, goats cheese and roasted peppers, char-grilled mediterranean vegetable, broccoli & stilton, cheddar & leek, sundried tomato & brie, salmon & dill

     

  • chicken goujons: breaded strips of chicken breast served with a tomato salsa or sweet chilli dipping sauce

     

  • handmade pork pies served with locally made chutney or dijon mustard.

     

  • chicken tikka brochettes served with mini poppadoms and soured cream

     

  • anchovy banderilles - pimento stuffed olives wrapped in silver skinned anchovies and skewered on a cocktail stick.

     

  • black olive tapenade, roasted and smoked cherry tomato and goats cheese gallettes

     

     

  • spinach and ricotta tortellini with black olives, sundried tomatoes and fresh basil skewered on a cocktail stick.
